Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (SC)

Was not notified of investigation status or results. I have notified equifax, XXXX, XXXX and the creditors about these accounts that are fraudulently reporting to my credit and asked them to do an investigation I have yet to receive any correspondence as they have my updated email and physical address its been over 45 days since I have contacted them in regards to this.
