Problem using a debit or ATM card. Without my knowledge or any form of security warning, an individual gained unauthorized access to my Credit Karma XXXX account and changed my email address, password, and phone number. On XX/XX/XXXX, they used a virtual debit card to make a fraudulent purchase of {$2400.00} at the superstore, XXXX XXXX. Thankfully, I still have access to my account with XXXX ID, which they havent turned off. I immediately reported the fraudulent transaction online before contacting Credit Karma to freeze it. However, I was not able to change my information access to my account due to the theft. When I contacted their customer service representatives to request access to my account for them to investigate the fraud and ensure its security, they were unable to help me
