Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. Back in XX/XX/XXXX, I received a package from XXXX that was completely destroyed and opened. Inside were the incorrect shoes from what I ordered. I immediately contacted Discover with a dispute. XXXX ended up lying and claimed that I stole the shoes and never returned them. So, Discover sided with XXXX and would not give me my refund. Months later in XX/XX/XXXX I received the right shoes from XXXX and contacted XXXX to get a refund. They approved it and I shipped the shoes back. From there I learn that someone at XXXX XXXX stole my package so they can not refund me. I contact Discover again and they still will not let me win the dispute. It was a purchase of {$210.00} shoes. I am desperate for this refund bec
