Old information reappears or never goes away. This student loan was originally for XXXX with XXXX XXXX and was discharged in 2017 in bankruptcy. The loan was then sold to XXXX, and they have it at over XXXX and harrassed me for a loan that I am not obligated to pay, which they got incorrectly. They call my phone 30 times a day. This loan is no longer valid. It was in my bankruptcy, and the court approved it, and XXXX XXXX was notified. XXXX XXXX should not have sold loan to XXXX I have never had a loan with XXXX.
