Problem using a debit or ATM card. a company name is XXXX stated the official website is XXXX XXXX XXXX offered me a join of submitting reviews stated the work website https : /utility-top.com. these people made me deposit money to release my earnings and get more work and then i will get paid for everything. they wouldn't let me take my money eventually after lots of promises. i put XXXX $ into this and now they want me to deposit another 2000 $ to get my money back!. i asked my bank to dispute transactions they refused stated i authorized the transaction. even when i explained everything to them they refused to dispute the funds. i believe that is not fair. I bank with chase.
