Reporting company used your report improperly. I am writing to dispute the accuracy and legality of the information contained in my credit report maintained by your agency. Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 USC 1681, I have not provided written consent for your agency to furnish my information to third parties or obtain my consumer information. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered that your agency has included information without my explicit consent. As per the FCRA, it is imperative that consumer reporting agencies obtain written consent from individuals before furnishing their information to third parties. I have not provided such consent, and therefore, the inclusion of this information in my credit report is in violation of my rights under the FCRA.
