Funds not received from closed account. On XX/XX/year> I received an email from Capital One Bank regarding my account with them, that my account was under investigation and it will be closed, so I called and the customer service representative of Capital One Bank said my account is under investigation due to some transactions that occurred on my account which I confirmed those transactions were legit and done by me. I was then told to wait till the investigation is concluded and so I did, but on XX/XX/year> I noticed there was money transferred from my closed savings account into the checking account linked to it ( that was affected and closed along side the checking account ) in the amount of {$2700.00}, so I sent an email to " XXXX '' to request why my funds were transferred from savings
