Problem with fees. I had my OneMain financial card stolen and used without my consent I opened a complaint last year on XX/XX/2023 complaint id is XXXX to which they responded they credited me for the charges, closed the account but I received letter saying my account is past due. When I called they said they didn't credit the interest? And I'd have to submit another complaint and go through all the steps again. If the account was closed how is it gaining interest?
