I've also sent a Claim Notice to the address " American Express XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX New York XXXX XXXX. On multiple occasions I tried calling customer service to connect me with someone of higher position or understanding to their SEC filings regarding the XXXX, Prospectus, and the indenture trust agreement dated XX/XX/2018, and yet have I received remedy.
