Credit card — Atlanticus Services Corporation (TX)

You never received your bill or did not know a payment was due. Got behind on my account and tried to work out something but they said no plan was available to assist me .Even tho they sent me emails to the contrary. So far, they have added 3 late fees to my account, {$41.00} x 3. Spoke with them on Thursday, XX/XX/2024. Their non action/no help, caused my credit report to drop by XXXX points and they restricted my account. I told them I was willing to work out a payment arrange but they refused.
