My sister was seeking a car loan and has chosen XXXX ( new car ) but in order to get the loan, she needed a driving license so she asked me to provide mine, which I did. The company car was suppose to address this note as the loan was never for me, it might be a mix up as I live in Illinois and my sister lives in Oregon, therefore a hard inquiry should have been done only to my sisters credit, not myself. My sister has already given a document stating her employment in Oregon to clarify the situation as the car loan company has added that it was me who was hired by XXXX and living in Oregon.
