Account information incorrect. I have been making my payments to Flagship credit on time, I've even made extra payments to lower my balance. The last time that Flagship has reported my balance was on XX/XX/XXXX of {$11000.00} it is now XX/XX/XXXX and my correct balance is {$8700.00} I have called multiple times to get this corrected. I called in XX/XX/XXXX and was told by one of their employees that I need to file a dispute with the credit agencies. I did that and the dispute results came back with nothing changed. I called again, and they finally opened up a ticket on XX/XX/XXXX. I since then filed another dispute with the credit agencies and received the results on XX/XX/XXXX with nothing changed.
