Trouble with how payments are being handled. Mohela is engaged in deceptive trade practices. When I log into my account, it states that I am enrolled in " Auto-Debit. '' It shows my bank account information, the loans to which auto-debit applies, and the amount to be auto-debited. When I scroll down, it says, " Account Options. '' Under account options, it states, " Auto-Debit, Active : Yes. '' However, I was not auto-debited on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX due dateand my account was marked past due as a result. When I called the customer service number, the customer service representative told me that Auto-Debit was not " working '' yet because I am new to Mohela ( I was transferred there from XXXX last XXXX ).
