Problem with your payment plan. I have been contacting Aidvantage since XX/XX/XXXX trying to get them to extend my current payment on the PAYE plan onf {$190.00} ( which was in effect since before COVID ; orignal amount was {$230.00} and decreased because I paid off the subsidized portion of my loans ). My PAYE repayment plan was set to recertify XX/XX/XXXX, however, per Student Aid 's language, any recertifications prior to XX/XX/XXXX would be pushed out until XXXX. My PAYE plan was automatically recertified with a new payment amount of {$580.00} because my tax information is automatically linked somewhere to Aidvantage/Student Aid. I have been contacting Aidvantange since late XXXX to get this straightened out and was finally told in XX/XX/XXXX I would need to contact Student Aid directl
