They did update my address on XX/XX/XXXX that they received from my submission and refuse to update, email, etc. Im told theyre still working on it and wont discuss anything with me. Theyre lying to me when they say I didnt reply to their authentication link, I submitted everything through their link, and they refuse to update anything.
