Problem using a debit or ATM card. On XX/XX/2024 at approximately XXXX, A company called stating that they were my bank account, Citizens and that someone was trying to make a purchase in XXXX XXXX of {$990.00}. They wanted my personal information including my social security and etc. which I believed. After calling Citizens Bank, myself, they have confirmed it was a scam to open up credit cards. XX/XX/2024 : at XXXX, The same number that scammed me called again. They not only call my landline but my cell phone as well. The numbers show up on the caller ID as : XXXX number Phone number : XXXX And XXXX
