Information belongs to someone else. I have unauthorized inquiries and an account as a result of identity theft. I have unauthorized inquiries from XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, and also XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX On My XXXX Consumer report that I would like removed. I also have an account from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX that should not be on my consumer report also. I have disputed these issues with XXXX XXXX and Equifax and they did not remove this account and I would like it removed.
