Account status incorrect. XXXXXXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX - Here is my issue, this is an except from an email I sent to someone at the bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX purchased my mortgage, like many other mortgages early this year ( 2022 ). I realized this a little late and called customer support to get caught up with my payment and get put on XXXX XXXX ( there is a call recording ). The guy who helped me get up to date stated that I was all good AND if I wanted to set up auto pay I could do it online and then briefly went over the rules about autopay. One of the things he apparently mentioned on the call was that I need to set up autopsy before halfway though the month to go through for the next month I thanked him for helping me with my cross over payments and jumped on the call. Several
