Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have submitted multiple complaint and dispute letters regarding inaccurate information on my credit report. It is both ridiculous and frustrating that these issues persist. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), it is your legal obligation to promptly investigate and remove all inaccurate information. I demand immediate action to address these errors. Attached are copies of the letters I have previously sent as proof of my efforts.
