Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. Experian failed to do a proper investigation on an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX and continues to report the negative close account on my report. I have provide a letter from XXXXXXXX XXXX that they have removed the account from my credit report but Experian continues to report it. Therefore experian failed to do a proper investigation with the lettter dated from XXXX is XX/XX/year>.
