Personal information incorrect. Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to request your assistance in resolving an ongoing issue with Experian regarding the correction and updating of my credit profile. On three separate occasions, I sent certified returned receipt letters to Experian requesting updates to my credit profile with the correct information. Each of these requests included three forms of proof of my identity : my ID, my social security card, and proof of address. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, Experian has repeatedly denied my right to correct or update my credit profile.
