Reporting company used your report improperly. Earlier this year I took an overall look at my consumer report and noticed information and several accounts that doesn't belong to me. In XXXX I then notified Equifax regarding the information that's being reported asking them to do an investigation. They replied that the information listed in my dispute letter was verified accurate in which they're not. In accordance of 15 U.S. Code 1681- Congressional findings and statement of purpose, Equifax must report accurate information to my consumer report. I am aware that anything that is either inaccurate or unverifiable must be removed from a consumer 's report immediately.
