Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (AZ)

Investigation took more than 30 days. On XX/XX/year> there was a letter sent to Equifax asking them to verify what I believe to be incorrect information about a few accounts reporting to my credit report listed as charge off and collections. I have sent this letter and know it has been delivered but I have yet to get a response from this company about the investigation into this matter.
