Reporting company used your report improperly. I noticed both XXXX accounts ending in XXXX and XXXX were reported with the credit reporting agencies as a charge off. I was very disappointed to see this because not only is it inaccurate, this situation has also caused financial hardship. I have attempted to apply for other credit cards and have not been accepted due to the charge offs. The current issue of XXXX furnishing this inaccurate information on my consumers credit report is clearly not only going against 15 USC 1681a definitions ; the rules of construction in the exclusion of reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report, This inaccurate information as to what the IRS Publication 4681 defines as Income
