Threatened to sue you for very old debt. On XX/XX/year> I got numerous of letters from different law firms saying that LVNV Funding is suing me and a I have a court date on XX/XX/year> for old debt from credit cards due to Covid19 and also laid off from my employer I was unable to continue payment on those particular cards. For this company to buy my debt from the collector XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and sue me for old debt is wrong and an form of Harrasment And I can't financially afford a lawyer for this matter.
