Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. There was fraud on my credit card transaction. I never received a receipt from the merchant because the merchant sent the receipt to the wrong email address. I had no way to return the merchandise. I spoke to the owner, and she remembered me. She said she would be willing to help me sell the equipment, though she would not allow me to return the merchandise.
