Problem accessing account. Citizens Bank locked me out of my account and refused to make immediate availability of funds under the REG CC expedited funds availability act upon my deposit of a check in the amount of {$10000.00} into my small business checking account. They placed an extended maximum hold and froze my account, locked me out of online and mobile Bank app, refused to give me any information, reason or any information on my account or access to my funds.
