Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (VA)

Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I contact both XXXX and transunion to explain I was going through identity theft and there are hard inquiries that I did not authorize on my account. I explained to them I wanted them removed and what process I had to go through to have them removed. They simply told me I would need the FTC and the cfpb reports before they can move forward with removal of the three heart inquiries. I also stated to them that I had some issues with the IRS due to the identity theft as well to let them know this is not stop just on the credit bureau.
