Account status incorrect. XXXX XXXX XXXX continue to report the account listed as XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX incorrectly. The account is reporting as a charge off and it has a balance this is incorrect. Any account terminated by the creditor must be refunded to the consumer not the creditor. How was the consumer agencies able to verify this information when they do not have access to my financial records.
