Mortgage — CITIZENS FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. (MS)

Payment process. I received a letter from the XXXX stating that my mortgage company notified them that I had fallen behind on my homeland payments. I immediately contacted Citizens Bank NA and informed them that I had confirmation emails for each payment and that I was not behind. After looking into it, the lady told me that the XXXX and XXXX payments were " on hold '' and would be applied to my mortgage " in a few days. '' I asked why the payments were on hold, but she did not know. I sent the XXXX an email with the above information. My XXXX entitlement is in jeopardy. I received a confirmation of a payment on XX/XX/year>, in the amount of {$10000.00}. I did not make that payment. My normal mortgage payment is {$2400.00}. Again, I called Citizens Bank to ask about that payment.
