Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue related to modification, forbearance, short sale, deed-in-lieu, bankruptcy, or foreclosure. I received a letter from Wells Fargo Customer Care dated XX/XX/XXXX. The letter stated, Our records indicated that you were enrolled in the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Enrollment began XXXX XXXX and ended XX/XX/XXXX. I never authorized or requested to be enrolled in the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX, spoke to a Wells Fargo Customer Care Agent on XX/XX/XXXX, at or around XXXX. The Agent asked, If I enrolled in the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and ended XX/XX/XXXX. I stated, no I never requested to be enrolled in that product. The Agent stated, since you did not request/authorize Wells Fargo to enroll you into the XXXX XXXX XXXX, you will be compensated {
