Account information incorrect. On XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX sent me a letter telling me they have shut down my savings account and checking account due to " suspected fraud '' from me. Which meant, I could no longer use my debit card. This incident I explained to them was not fraud committed from me and tried to resolve this issue many times, called and went in person to inform myself. After CHEXSYSTEMS not helping, I gave up and accepted I would not be able to do anything but wait the " up to five years '' that the letter had stated. Recently I called XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX to inform myself on how much longer and they said until " XXXX '' with is 3 years more than was stated in their letter. This is a terrible experience considering I have great credit and not done any fraudulent acti
