Student loan — HEARTLAND PAYMENT SYSTEMS INC (FL)

Need information about your loan balance or loan terms. The website for ECSI to pay my federal XXXX loan is terrible. Every month, I spend over an hour trying to log in to make a payment. Additionally, I am eligible for XXXX Forgiveness and have attempted to send in the forms but they are NEVER received. I have just currently spent over an hour trying to get into the site to make my payment and still was not able to get in. The website is outdated, difficult to navigate, and information is lacking. I contacted customer service about my forgiveness paperwork in XXXX ( mailed to them in XXXX ) and was told it was not received and that I couldn't even resend, as it had to be dated within 30 days of submission.
