Reporting company used your report improperly. After reviewing my consumer report I've noticed that Experian is reporting inaccurate information and accounts that are under multiple violations. There is personal information that's reporting that doesn't belong to me which shouldn't be reporting. I reached out to the creditors that's reporting these accounts and asked them to verify this debt and mail me any documents that prove these debts belong to me. How can I owe a debt if there was never a mutual agreement set in place? I am aware that in order for anything to accurately report to my consumer report, the information must be verifiable in which i'm asking Experian to thoroughly investigate my dispute letter and remove anything that can not be properly verified.
