Information belongs to someone else. To ensure that your company is reporting accounts 100 % accurately, I would like to know the procedures used to investigate these inaccurate accounts. Did you even conduct an investigation because it is still not reporting 100 % correctly? Its sad that your company would ignore the FTC guidelines in regard to your investigation efforts. I wonder if other consumers are being affected by your lack of investigation. I would like to know to whom you talked with at the collectors office when you started your investigation? Also, please send me their complete address. In addition, please do not send your template letter on how you conduct an investigation. I want details on how you did this.
