Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. XXXX has fraudulently reported to Experian my closed account as being in collections despite that the account was fully paid. I disputed the entry on my credit report with Experian and sent to it a copy of the final bill that XXXX sent to me that states I have a credit balance with XXXX. On XX/XX/year>, Experian reported that it had completed its investigation. However, the extent of its investigation was to simply send to XXXX the final XXXX bill that I sent to Experian. It did not perform any investigation to determine what XXXX submitted to support its false assertion that my account is in collections and that I have a balance due on my account despite what XXXX stated in my final bill.
