Debt collection — Resurgent Capital Services L.P. (NC)

Debt was result of identity theft. i recently reviewed a copy of my consumer report and noticed LVNV Funding LLC has committed identity theft and gained access to my credit profile without my permission. LVNV Funding LLC is attempting to collect a debt that was a result of identity theft, This Debt was attached to a XXXX XXXXXXXX card that i did not open. XXXX XXXX sent me a letter on XX/XX/year> saying that account would be removed. I have attached that document for immediately deletion.
