Transaction was not authorized. I recently found out my information was used on the dark web and my phone was missing ans stolen and many transactions were made through the year and I made reports and disputes and well Fargo discriminated me and I felt like cause I was " XXXX '' they said they had to cut ties and they dis not credit me or help disputes the charges made against me. I spoke to their superiors and they also were following the notes in their system that I was having my account closed for they claim that it was my protection and theirs when my phone card and wallet, mobile app was being used. I tried to argue and fight to keep my account but they determined that it was the best thing they can do for me for now.
