XXXX contacted my brother, who is not a co-signer of my personal loan with Republic Finance. I told Republic that I was having to file bankruptcy due to a loss of income some months ago. The office manager recently called my brother trying to get me to call back. The office manager preceded to tell my brother that I am filing bankruptcy. My brother did not know That I was filing bankruptcy until the office manager told him. She also told him the amount I owe, which she should have not shared with anyone.
