Credit card — CITIBANK, N.A. (PA)

Account status incorrect. I sent a payment to Citi Cards in XX/XX/year> for the full amount owed which was {$13000.00}. The check cleared on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX and the company claims that I have not made the payment. But I have a clear check that clearly shows Citi Bank stamped on the check. They are now reporting my account is late and it is damaging my credit. Again, I have a copy of the clear check. I called citi and I explained this to them. They claimed that they will open an investigation, but I have heard nothing from them. I called and spoke to six different representatives on XX/XX/XXXX and no one seems to know anything this is ridiculous and unacceptable.
