Old information reappears or never goes away. I have received your computer-generated notice informing me that you did not do any action or investigation for the disputes I sent out last time because you think I may have used a third-party credit repair company. Not only do I think this is just your delaying tactics to get an extra 30 days to fulfill my first request, but I also think it's a clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Again, please be informed that you are reporting inaccurate and incomplete information on my credit report.
