Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have written several letters as Experian to correct the information about my student loans. XXXX letter was sent on XX/XX/XXXX, the other XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX with documents showing the loans were closed with a {$0.00} balance. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a Cfpb, they still have not corrected the information. Now the credit report shows, that the federal student loans are part of a bankruptcy. First of all, as of XX/XX/XXXX all of my student loans have been forgiven over the XXXX program. At this point, if my credit report is not correct I will file a conflict with the State Attorney and Sue Experian. Under the 15 US 1681. They are not doing the proper investigation.
