Account status incorrect. Hello I have already previously disputed this and XXXX XXXX confirmed that I did in fact make my payment before the 30 day. I should never have a late payment on my credit. Yes, I get late fees because I am past the XXXX of every month but I am never 30 days late. I always scheduled my payment for the end of the month always always. my scheduled payment for XXXX was scheduled like every other month and come XX/XX/XXXX I personally realized that the money never came out of my account. I personally called XXXX XXXX to try to figure out why the money was still in the account and they still showed it pending on their end. No issues. Come XX/XX/XXXX I called again as money was still in checking account and that's when they said it looks like the payment got rejected I
