Problem during payment process. I paid my credit card statement of {$300.00} in XXXX of 2024, reducing my balance significantly. However, the payment was reversed a month later, and now my balance has increased to {$670.00} and the account was closed with no explanation. Theyve been charging me interest every month since then so my credit utilization shows a staggering 227 % which is false information.
