Account information incorrect. I am writing to formally request the removal of several accounts and inquiries from my credit report. These accounts and inquiries are unauthorized and does not belong to me. The presence of data breach has negatively impacted my credit standing, leading to a significant drop in my FICO score. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered multiple accounts and inquiries that I did not recognize or authorize. These inacurrate information in my report have resulted in negative remarks that are adversely affecting my credit score and financial reputation.
