Problem using a debit or ATM card. There is no way for me to provide update to the CFPB on existing files. So I had to create another complaint to update the CFPB on our continue dealing with Bank of America. After filling the first complaint, some from BOA regulatory department called me and promised to keep me update on his filling. That was XXXX to XXXX weeks ago and I have not heard from him since our first call. He did tell me that XXXX DID NOT provide BOA the required documentation to support their claim.
