I filed a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy petition on XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX with the assistance of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, GA XXXX XXXX XXXX and was assigned trustee XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XXXX # XXXX. I began making payments in the amount of {$1000.00} to the trustee. In these payments were principal payments to Global Lending Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TN XXXX ph XXXX XXXXXXXX. I voluntarily removed myself from the bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX when financial situation changed and there was no longer a need for court intervention. Instead of honoring the bankruptcy protections during the time the account was under trustee control, Global Lending Services is saying that the trus
