Debt collection — United Collection Bureau, Inc. (AR)

Debt was paid. I was seen at the XXXX for a injury ( XX/XX/year> ) I received on the job with the XXXX. XXXX and XXXX paid in full for the bill. I verified this with the hospital and they said I owed no debt, and they never sold any debt of mine. I called UCB asking why I owed XXXX dollars which is now XXXX dollars and all they told me it was from a physician group from XXXX and so I traced back the day the debt was made and found out it was the exact visit to the ER I had that had been paid. I sent them all the documents and asked for them to provide any evidence I owed it and all they provided was their statement of charges.
