Problem with customer service. I am XXXX XXXX Total and Permanent XXXX veteran through the Department XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told no action is needed from me and that NelNet would automatically received confirmation from VA that I was totally and permanently XXXX. My request to discharge my student loan application was approved and on NelNet website it says that my loan has been XXXX but NelNet has failed to contact my loan servicer ( XXXX ) so they can also discharge my loan in their system. I have been receiving conflicting information from NelNet that they did communicate with my loan servicer. But when I call my loan servicer they tell me that they never gotten any information to discharge my student loan. This has been very stressing to me. I have been communicating back and forth with
