Information is missing that should be on the report. I obtained this mortgage XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX I requested a loan modification. I received paperwork that belonged to a totally different person m. The home was in Florida XXXX over XXXX, and not in my name. All the mortgage paperwork including personal information/social security/account numbers . There was a lot of back and forth with XXXX because they didnt believe that I had this information, even though I couldve easily sent proof. Fast forward to now ( XX/XX/XXXX ). There is no record of my mortgage on my credit report. Not on any of the 3 major credit bureaus. I contacted XXXX who informed me that they are reporting my mortgage, and to contact the credit bureaus. XXXX informed me that they were able to locate the account how
